Creating Your First Team

Teams allow you to share journeys and collaborative automation efforts with your colleagues.

Creating a Team

  • Navigate to the Settings or Teams page in your dashboard.
  • Click on "Create New Team".
  • Provide a Team Name and optional description.
  • Once created, you'll be the Team Owner by default.

Switching Teams

If you belong to multiple teams, you can switch between them using the workspace switcher in the top navigation bar.
